About the Course
Connect Group “Healthful Living” where we explore the benefits of eating healthier. We will explore herbs, plant based recipes, the Daniel 10 day Challenge, exercises, food combining rules, alkalinity and cellular oxygenation, soap making, salve making and much more.
Meetings: 1 hr weekly via zoom on Thursdays at 7 pm (tentatively) or sometimes in person depending on the activity.
