This group will focus on the basics of strength training using body weight and bands. We will also focus on some core workouts and improving breathing patterns.

Starry Manoharan is a certified trainer and currently working as an Earth scientist at NASA, bringing both science and passion into her work. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, she is deeply committed to strength training and helping others improve their health and active longevity. She believes that fitness and nutrition are not short-term fixes, but lifelong lifestyle adaptations. Through experience, she has learned that true fitness requires discipline, trusting the process rather than fixating on the end goal, and striving to be 1% better every day. She carries this philosophy into all areas of life, including her spiritual journey and her daily walk with God.
