 White Oak Adventist Hospital is looking for warm and friendly people to minister at their hospital entrances. They want patients and their families to feel welcomed and loved as soon as they walk in the doors of their hospital.

We are looking for people to hand out blankets and water to patients in the waiting room and in their hospital rooms at the White Oak Adventist Hospital. 

 

This would also provide an opportunity to help them with their electronics if needed and to be someone who can talk with and listen to them.

We are looking for musicians (instrumentalists and vocalists) to sing for patients and their families at the White Oak Adventist Hospital.

​

 The options are singing in their foyer where they have a piano, singing in the hall outside the patients' rooms, and possibly in some of the patients’ rooms. They would also love to have special music services on holidays. Eventually we would love to provide music on the weekends and during the week.

Join us to make baby blankets to be distributed by the Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center.

Do you want to learn how to crochet or knit? Are you already an expert? Somewhere in between? We want you!

We will teach you to crochet or knit. We will exchange ideas and patterns. We will share our experience. Most of all, we will be a fellowship group.

Don't really want to do any of that? We want you to join us anyway and share in our discussions.

We will meet weekly - Sundays at 4pm - to learn from each other and enjoy a time of service together.
